These Terms of Service ("Terms") are provided by Clix Capital Pty Limited ACN: 169 978 438, trading as Neallus ("Neallus", "we", "us" or "our"), an Australian registered company. Our registered products include Diogelu, Proifil and Cerdyn, each operated as subscription services at their respective domains.
By registering for, accessing or using any Neallus service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary terms applicable to a specific product. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
If you are using a service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Neallus provides cloud-based software platforms ("Services") on a software-as-a-service basis, including:

To use any Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
A 14-day free trial is available for Diogelu upon registration. Proifil does not offer a free trial — a valid payment method is required at the time of subscription. Cerdyn does not offer a time-limited trial either; instead it offers a permanent free plan (one seat) that you may use indefinitely, with paid plans available if you need to add team members.
During the Diogelu free trial:
Subscription pricing for each Service is stated on the relevant product website. Prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are charged per organisation account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, on the monthly or annual cycle stated for the relevant plan on the applicable product's pricing page. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis for that cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months already paid.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days advance notice via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Access to the Service may be suspended if payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts to collect it.
You agree not to use any Neallus Service to:
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to any Neallus Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership rights over Your Data.
By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store and process Your Data solely to provide the Services to you.
Your Data is stored in a logically isolated environment. No other organisation can access your data. We do not share, sell or use Your Data for any purpose other than providing the Services.
You may export Your Data at any time using the export functions available within each Service. We provide no-lock-in data portability.
All software, interfaces, designs, content and documentation comprising our Services are owned by or licensed to Neallus. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our Services without express written permission.
We will keep Your Data confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to provide the Services, as required by applicable law, or with your explicit consent. Our employees and contractors with access to your data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Our Services integrate with certain third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and OpenStreetMap (mapping and geocoding). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We aim to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We are not liable for any losses arising from planned or unplanned Service downtime.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted or meet your specific requirements. Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, insurance or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neallus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neallus (Clix Capital Pty Limited) and its officers, directors, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Services in violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe poses a risk to other users or our platforms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion of your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address or via an in-platform notice, at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
